If you make a mistake on Twitter, it is highly unlikely that no one will notice it. Especially if its McDonald’s Twitter account.
Yes, we get it. Black Friday can be quite heavy for some people. So you might be tweeting with a hangover, and things might not be making a lot of sense, but Twitter will roast the hell out of you if you mess up.
Yikes.

Ok honestly if you have never scheduled emails or social media you won’t understand how hectic it is. I feel u McDonald’s https://t.co/OD0IEVdttC
— Marissa Jane (@MARISSA547) November 24, 2017
I don’t believe this is a stunt, either. This is their corporate acct, not the main @McDonald‘s, + “copy” is an industry term. Besides massive reach on a mistake, they don’t get value out of it.
— Jack Appleby (@JuiceboxCA) November 24, 2017
Definitely a draft. Why the CM decided to put it in the schedule as is is a mystery
— Chloé Marino (@tacobell83) November 24, 2017
Because you can use Sprinklr as a content calendar (which I hate), I’ve had previous clients demand filler posts get scheduled so they can “see the full picture” – and this is why it’s a horrible idea.

Hahaha please give whoever did that original tweet a break and whoever saved it a raise. If it’s the same person – a big breakfast platter.
