Entire Burger Joint Employees Quit Together And Leave A Note For Their Terrible Boss

If you’re working and feel you’re being wronged, this is for you!

While your workplace is a place for you to earn a living, it can be very rough towards you often. You want to make your workplace a fun place, but there are times when you just want to break everything in front of you and leave. Why? Just because they are not fulfilling your deserved rights. Sadly, this happens now and then in most working areas. I’m sure, you can relate to it.

Just when they felt they were being wronged, the workforce at an American burger joint, Sonic in Circleville, went insane and quit their jobs.

To be honest, this is the right thing to do. If your bosses are belittling your efforts to make their companies progress, you really should stand up for your rights! Never be afraid of losing your job, because it’s the same job that’s neglecting you! You’ll have a million other opportunities. Just don’t let yourself be crushed by your bosses for a lot less.

Scroll down to see what they did, which is right. Learn from this if you ever face such a situation.

The hired hands at Sonic were facing tough times for survival, as they were belittled by the new management and the unstable, changing conditions. So, they quit in a manner which is no less than a nightmare for the bosses.

A representative speaker for Sonic explained:

“Under new management, guests and the community can look forward to improved service and the famous food, beverages, and treats for which Sonic is known.”

Sadly, this wasn’t true to its words. The entire staff was facing a lot of difficulties, and there was the word that their wages were being cut down lower than the minimum wage amount!

The bosses at Sonic didn’t pay any value to the situation.

“No wage rates at any level have been decreased in this transition.” – Sonic Communications manager, Kyle Lankford.

The entire workforce showed a display of excellent unity, and protested against their bosses, quitting their jobs. But before that, they left a pretty venomous note for the bosses, taped to the Drive-thru window.

Savage move!

“Warning, due to terrible management the whole store has quit.”

“The company has been sold to people that don’t give a fuck about anyone but themselves.”

“We are sorry for the inconvenience but our team refuses to work for a company that treats their employees like they are shit when they have put everything into this store.”

“We have worked too hard for too long. We are all off to better things.”

“So to the new owners, FUCK YOU! Sincerely, Ex Sonic Crew.”

This was a really nice move by the employees; I’m sure it got the bosses up on their feet!

It gets even worse when we get to know that the staff at the Circleville store were not the only ones who did this. It turns out that Three of their stores faced this, with the hired hands walking out! Three!

The bosses should understand that most of their employees are young people, earning to pay their tuition or buy their essentials. Disrespecting their efforts will not do good. Let alone paying them less than the official minimum wage rate! Understand that! Or face the same consequences these people did.
