And he was a shy 21 year old. I mean he worked at least 12 hours from home. Now, working from home may seem like a dream job for many (I know it is for me). However, it does have it’s disadvantages.
Particularly the fact, they you are quite likely to put on a lot of weight. And that is exactly what happened with Gwilym Pugh. He gained approximately 280 pounds because of his desk job and several injuries.
So he set out to grow a beard…….and change his lifestyle.
At that time I was pretty overweight, working 12 hours a day, plagued with injuries which meant I couldn’t train at all. The business was doing okay, but I decided I needed to get my life in order and wanted to get healthy again.
