Let’s start with the Baby Boomers who are also known as Boomers. People who are born in the mid-1940s and mid-1960s are classified as Baby Boomers. This set of generation was formed after World War II. While we talk about Baby Boomers, they are known to be extremely hard working, mentally focused, competitive and motivated by position, prestige, and perks, which made them filthy rich as compared to any generation before them. Boomers fought for political, economic and social changes. It has been said that this generation didn’t have to go abroad to wage or fight a war, they just went there to chill and buy themselves new houses and cars since they were rich already.
On the other hand are the Millennials (AKA Generation Y) who are born between the 1980s to 2000 and possess a great deal of tolerance along with confidence. Anyway, baby Boomers sacrificed a lot while they were young so that they can spend the rest of their lives in peace and they have this mentality that the Millenials are responsible for everything that’s wrong with the society today. While Millenials blame them for destroying the economy and not being capable of understanding the balance of work-life which is needed in the workplace.
