Man Loses 70 Pounds and He Now Looks Like A Disney Prince

You’ve got to have a very strong motivation to achieve something.

It could be anything in life. But losing weight is one of the most crucial things in one’s life. And losing 70 pounds whole is one huge challenge!

We all know how society treats us if we are obese. And that leads to constant depressions. But there are other factors which quite contribute to that.

Take Jeffrey Kendall as an example. This 26-year-old guy shared his weight loss journey, and while doing that, he received flattering remarks. Some people even comparing him to a Disney Prince!

This is Jeffrey. Oh, that’s only before his weight loss transformation!

Now that’s the one we want to see, right?

Jeffrey’s mother has been suffering from a brain aneurysm. Admitted under intensive care, she fell into a coma twice. Jeffrey felt worse than ever as he thought his health was in ill condition. Weighing 250 pounds; that’s when he decided he needed to bring his life back on track. According to him, it was time to stop making excuses.

Seeing her in the ICU for weeks with her head shaved and stitched up and tubes running all sorts of directions — it’s an experience I hope nobody has to go through. It put my sadness and self pity into perspective.

I spent a lot of nights laying in my bed and wallowing a bit and wondering what I could do or accomplish or how I could change myself. As mom was coming home from the rehab hospital, it was a feeling that I had to do something.

He shared his unfortunate experience with us.

My friend, who was going through a breakup at the time, also wanted to get in shape. So he’s the one who got me out there. On our first days we sort of made an agreement to text each other and do pushups every day and live healthier lives. It’s become a pursuit of happiness and health for me. One day I was lying in bed and I wanted to be happy, and this is what makes me happy.

You’ve got to lose some, to gain some.

And that’s exactly what he did. He controlled his diet, started taking walks and hit the gym.

People were really praising me. It motivated me so much to try. It made me put effort into my own appearance and it gave me a huge sense of accomplishment.

After he shared his photos with the internet, people started comparing him to Price Adam from Beauty and the Beast.

No wonder. He looks exactly like him!

Jeffrey’s mother is now paralyzed from her left side which results in him taking care of her most of the time.

She’s in a wheelchair and she doesn’t remember much. She is under 24-seven care, but she’s able to eat on her own and have a conversation. I can get her to laugh.

She always tells me how beautiful I am — though not sure how much has changed there.

Tell me you’re not drooling over his pictures right now!

So that’s it for Jeffrey Kendall’s stringent fitness journey. Hopefully it inspired you into starting your own. Comment below and let us know if you have your story to share.
