The Internet Is Losing It’s Shit Over Family Guy Reference About Kevin Spacey From This 12 Year Old Episode

This past Sunday, Kevin Spacey fans got a hard blow when actor Anthony Rapp accused him of sexual harassment back in 1986, when he was only 14 years old.

Though Kevin apologized publically, the fans were overwhelmed with this awful fact.

On Monday, a Twitter user named Josh Jordan posted a clip from a Family Guy episode which originally aired in 2005. How that clip relates to the sexual allegation on Kevin Spacey is especially ominous. Josh titled it with,

Family Guy with the Kevin Spacey reference twelve years ago… creepy.

The clip shows a totally naked Stewie Griffin, the Family Guy baby, running frantically and yelling “Help! I’ve escaped from Kevin Spacey’s basement! Help me!”

It’s not the first time people noticed Family Guy’s weirdly accurate references. Previously, Seth MacFarlane, the creator of Family Guy, had also made a joke about Harvey Weinstein way before the allegations of sexual assault against him were made public.

It is, however, unclear if Kevin’s history of bad behavior was considered an open secret in the halls of Hollywood like that of Harvey Weinstein. Maybe we can expect a statement from MacFarlane soon to find out.
