Jennifer Lopez Is Being Loved For Using The Perfect Pronouns In Her Recent Instagram And That’s Exactly How It Should Be Done

Using The Correct Pronoun For Someone Is Not Exceptionally Hard.

We have come across leaps and bounds from say twenty years ago. People have become very accepting in these past few years. However, that does n’t mean that there are none who oppose the LGBTQ community.

At the risk of me sounding cliche, ‘There cannot be light without the darkness.’ Maybe someday there will be no opposer’s left. But in the meantime, it is nice to see more people spreading awareness.

To top it off, when that person is a celebrity like Jennifer Lopez, you can clearly feel the acceptance. Now, you might be confused as to what I am talking about. You see, Jennifer posted a picture of her sister’s child and actually used the correct pronouns.

This is Brendan my sister Leslie’s second child!! They were the one person selected to represent their school at Global Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC!!! And I couldn’t be more proud!!! Brendan is strong and smart and loving and a obviously a leader!! Titi Jenn loves you!!

You might be asking as to what’s the big deal about this whole ordeal? Well, there is no big deal. If LGBTQ community had equal rights, this would be a very regular thing, but sadly these little things are not widely accepted.

So when Jennifer Lopez posted the above picture, Instagram blew up with encouraging comments. ‘He’, ‘She’ or ‘They’ can make a bigger difference than you think.

Her Instagram Was Filled With Positive Comments.

Many followers were ecstatic by her choice of words. “She’s using a gender neutral pronoun.” One fan wrote alongside a smiley face. “Sending mucho queer love Brendan’s way.” They didn’t forget the rainbow either.

Many People Thanked Her.
