For those of you who don’t know it yet Balenciaga fashion have just made a launch of its “luxury” bag worth $2145, and the irony which makes it super hilarious is that it looks just like the furniture giant IKEA’s 99 cent Tote bag.
While the internet has taken Balenciaga’s ironic launch with a worthy mocking IKEA decided to join to make the most of this “ironic” launch by a series of mocking ads. The company partnered up with famous ACNE, a Stockholm-based Swedish creative agency, for a hilarious ad series which helps people to differentiate between IKEA’s “original” Frakta bag and its expensive impostor by Balenciaga.
