It isn’t just for general body fitness, but mind fitness too. You become accustomed to a bit of difficult tasks, your body and mind become tougher and stronger, and you just become an overall better person. Everyone wants that. We just don’t fancy putting in the effort to get there.
After all, it takes so much really have much payout until you blindly put in effort for months at a time. These people get it.
