Who said Amazon support service is any less than perfect?

Because the following conversation leads me to believe that it might be the most amazing customer service ever. I mean, let’s be real, customer service is a hard and under-appreciated job.

There is always a good chance that the person you’re speaking to will turn out to be a complete a**hole. (Trust me, I know.) So, that is exactly what makes this conversation all the more surprising.

And I don’t know about you, but this guy definitely deserves a raise and huge bonus for making this customer so happy. Because who really impromptu roleplays with a customer? This guy right here!

The conversation started out with a normal greeting.

And it soon took a turn to something amazing when he revealed his name.

And so it began.

Sure, their old English might not be that good. But I’m entertained, aren’t you?

It really is surprising that Thor took the whole roleplay this far.

And he even listened to the customer’s request.

What more could anyone ask for?

But it seems the customer got a bit confused with all the roleplaying and had to break character.

And so the ‘sacred book’ was found again.

Now that I think about it, that is quite true.
